Immunlocalization of CsgG

Cells overexpressing the lipoprotein CsgG were harvested, permeabilized with Triton-X100 and lysozyme and labeled with anti-CsgG antibody and an Alexa488-conjugated secondary antibody before visualization with fluorescence microscopy.
