Undergraduate Support Services

The staff in the Undergraduate Student Services Office provide wide-ranging support services in three major areas:

Concentration programs - coordinating academic advising functions for students and faculty; maintaining and providing current information about all aspects of program requirements; and organizing special events such as the commencement reception.

Curriculum and courses - ensuring correct listing of each term's course offerings in on-line registration system; providing overrides, Course Guide descriptions, course evaluations, textbook ordering and course pack information, enrollment summaries, and grading policies and procedures.

GSI appointments - handling all information pertaining to the appointment process, including applications, preference sheets, offer letters, and appointment paperwork.
